The Hallelujah House is a 90 day residential facility designed to meet the needs of men suffering from substance abuse disorders. During the first 30 days of residency, restrictions are enforced. After the initial 30 days of residency, the restrictions are relaxed and residents must seek employment. There is a $200 application fee.
Inner City Night Shelter

The Inner City Night Shelter is a 50 bed emergency shelter designed to meet the needs of homeless men. Inner City is the only shelter in Savannah that will accept individuals who are actively using drugs and/or alcohol
Men’s Residential is a substance abuse treatment program for men offered through Recovery Place of Savannah. The program offers a sober living environment and counseling center. Individuals enter program via referrals, and pay a weekly fee of $90.

Recovery Place of Savannah

Recovery Place of Savannah is an intensive outpatient center specializing in the
treatment of substance abusers and chemical dependent people.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Intensive group therapy. IOP is a safe, therapeutic environment and allows patients the opportunity to
move through a variety of services and different levels of care. Treatment in the Intensive Outpatient Program includes the following: Morning and
Personalized Treatment plans developed with the client and counselor working together;
A focus on the chemical dependence of the individual, as well as the underlying system of feelings, behaviors, and interactions with others;
Education that teach clients about addiction, the disease process, and the effects of this disease on their lives, help in identifying obstacles to sobriety
Support through group therapy and individual sessions
Medical services on site Detoxification, if needed
A support system that consists of peers, medical personnel, family, friends, 12-step group with a sponsorship, and individualized counseling.
Affected Family Program (because this is a “family disease”).
Graduation from the program occurs when the patient meets all goals specified in their personal treatment plan. Aftercare services are offered for a period of one year (at no cost).
Savannah Counseling Services

The Savannah Counseling program assists severely chemically dependent individuals in obtaining a healthy, alcohol and drug-free lifestyle. They do this through short-term, comprehensive, cost-effective treatment in a rehabilitative environment. These services are appropriate for persons in the earliest phases of recovery, often immediately following detoxification, and for persons who have not been able to successfully utilize community support groups, outpatient or intensive outpatient therapy programs to maintain sobriety. Savannah Counseling provides a sliding scale fee which will allow for a reduced payment for services based on income and family size.
